Refund policy

We do not offer returns, refunds or guarantees on our repair service, though will endeavour to resolve any issues that may crop up as best we can.

Our online mending shop products may be returned for refund or exchange within two weeks of original purchase. Please email us at hello@beyondrepair.org.uk to start a return, exchange or refund as soon as possible upon receiving your items. 

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless items are faulty.

We use Evri as standard to ship our items giving you the cheapest prices and flexibility in terms of collection location or door to door. Prices will be calculated in your cart depending on weight and size of order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with any queries or requests for other shipping services.
